Corrections and time zones

Has anyone noticed a link between extremely nit-picking edits and office hours in any particular time zone? Just wondering.

I get most of mine now at 3-4am my time!

I sometimes think that as well, but now it seems to be all the time :(
I used to be sure there was a really mean beast of an editor in Australia, swotting writers like flies.
