No File Included

Hi, I got rejected because no file was included with the submission for "Love Addiction." But wouldn't the submission have not gone through if I'd forgotten to attach the file?

Sometimes files get zapped in the process. This has happened to me a few times even though I know I attached them. Also, you can submit submissions without an actual file attached so that could have happened too.
