Can somebody please tell me why my illustration "Roses" was just rejected. I sent it in as a JPEG image, 410KB. I thought CC accepted JPEG format. Please don't tell me to send it in as a vector file as I have NO idea how to put in into this type of format. I would appreciate any advice anyone can give me as I would like to submit my illustrations regularly.

You'll have to contact Support using the on-site form. Staff who deal with illustrations don't make regular appearances on the forums.

Ed, where can I find this on-site form your suggesting I use at Support? I clicked on "Help" at the bottom of this page, but there's nothing there that's of any help.

On the main page, there is a "contact us" button the main site.
However, it's my understanding that illustration rejections will also go into the submitters onsite inbox found in Your Content. So you can also check there before emailing Support.
