Query Regarding Article Rejection

Hi,

My article, "Things to Consider When Buying a Used PC" was rejected for the second time for the reason "We do not accept content that has not been submitted according to our guidelines or content that contains errors in the submission form, including punctuation errors".

I wanted to know were there errors only in the submission form like incorrect punctuation in summary or in the article also?

Could you please elaborate on the errors.

Also the description or preview was not completely coherent with some missing lines in between, although it was more than 1/3rd of the total article length. Was this the punctuation related problem?

If there are errors in the short summary or elsewhere, or if the article has not been submitted according to our guidelines, including in the described font type and size, the article is rejected and not reviewed in its entirety.
