Is Assisted Living right for you?Confused about my rejection

I submitted an article that was a public request. When filling out my submission form I checked the box labeled Public/ Private request and checked it. But My article rejection says that I cannot submit a public request in the private request category. But there was only one box to check. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Sounds like in the Category list you may have chosen Private Request. Instead, choose a category that relates to the topic like Healthcare or Retirement.
