Rejection help: Please help a first timer

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to read my post.
I am a first time author on CC whom have just gotten my first article rejected twice due to grammar errors. I have proofread the article several times already and would appreciate a pair of fresh eyes to perhaps point out more errors.
If anyone have the time to read through my 600 word article, please let me know.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
