Was the content not good enough? Was the writing style careless? I fixed the semicolon issue. No semicolons now exist in the document. I feel that this comment was made in error. Please explain.

Just for personal satisfaction, I am having the article proofread professionally. I will then re-submit it. Looking over it was giving me a headache. I wasn't following the indentation, paragraph, and title formatting guidelines, so perhaps that is what the problem is. I apologize for that.
