"Unofficial" Account Suspension?

It appears that the CC editorial staff disapproves of my topic selection, resulting an some article rejections. As a consequence, I have decided to write on completely innoccuous topics, such as tax matters, that are uncontroversial and thus unlikely to offend anyone. Yet I find that these articles are not being reviewed, even though I have received no account suspension notification. Is there such a thing as an unofficial account suspension?

I don't think so, but there is such a thing as submission overload, a holiday weekend, and an overworked editor Hang in there, Ed's fair and sometimes takes his time to ensure an objective point of view.
