I have divided the article into very small paragraphs as they all deal with different topics. Is that the problem?

The problem is that, in the content details, the paragraphs are not separated with a full space. Formatting requirements from our guidelines:

Single-spaced paragraphs without indentation and double spaces between paragraphs.

'Single space' means no spaces between lines (i.e., you have pressed the enter key once). 'Double space' refers to the act of pressing the Enter key twice and indicates a single line of space between lines of text.

If your word processing program automatically inserts a full space after each paragraph in the document file, you will have to manually insert paragraphs in the content details by editing it after preview upon submission.
