How to remove under review article: after being suspended

i have a Question.

If anyone is rejected for any reason then is there any way to remove the article which was under review other then the rejected ones?

In the time of posting i see this information

Short Summary *
This is the first experience publishers have with your work.

* It needs to be unique NOT an excerpt from the article
* It should be at least three sentences long


Content Excerpt *
Please make sure that your excerpt contains:

* At least 1/3 of your article Details Portion Has 1/3 of the Word Count!
* Breaks between paragraphs
* Single spaced lines
* No strange formatting such as errant capitals, or unexpected line breaks.

can anyone explain the bold once. And how to do so in word 2007?

I do not want my first submission to be rejected. So i am being careful

Well my account didn't got suspended. it was just a query i had. So that means the one in the Review list will be deleted right???

Any article not reviewed upon suspension effectively disappears.
