Question on Chioggia beets article

Post by Evelyn »

Hi, Ed! Welcome back from vacation. I'm sure it wasn't long enough, and I hope you went someplace warm and sunny where there's no Internet.

If you happen to remember among the hundred articles you reviewed today... I wrote one on Chioggia beets, and I'm not sure what the "typo or misspelling" was in the article. Radio Flyer wagons aren't Radio Flier wagons... It could have been that or my tendency to slip into Midwestern colloquialisms. (I even sometimes get a Canadian accent :) ).

If you remember the incident, let me know and I'll resubmit. Otherwise, it's not that important, I'm just wondering.

As always, thanks for your hard work. We missed you when you were gone but the assistant you roped into the job was wonderful.

That's really sweet, Evelyn! It's good to be back.

Actually, this article was rejected by mistake. Sorry about that.

Thanks,
Ed

Whew! I'll stop biting my nails and crawl out from under the blanket now.

It's so good to be in a place that honors the English language as much as I do. Heck, even my college professors didn't have the grasp like you do... creative writing majors, you know.

Thanks, Ed! I'll resubmit.
