My article : How to Add a Flash Application to Your Facebook Page
The reason give is that Constant Content does not accept promotional content. But I did not promote any site or business?
I accept the decision, but I would just like to have more information please.

Perhaps the short summary had author info (self-promotion) it? For example, if you were to include something like "Written by Joe Blow, a business coach and Facebook makeover specialist" in the short summary, that would get the article rejected for promotional language.

A screenshot with your own URL prominently displayed is promotional.

Sounds like blurring that url will solve your problem.
