Uploading Articles

I just had an article rejected because it was not in doc, txt, or rtf format. It was in rtf format. I believe the problem is that the article itself was not uploaded. The upload page has a browse button, but no upload button or confirmation of an upload. Please advise.

When you have the article uploaded you can see it beside the Browse button. You can also see the file at the bottom if you go to edit the the article while it is in the cue.
