My article was rejected. Why?

I submitted my first article for http://www.constant-content.com/account ... tm?id=6483 and titled it The Pavlov Condition. It was rejected and the reason given to me was

We have reviewed your content, "The Pavlov Condition." Unfortunately, this article requires revision before we can accept it.

Please do not submit content to a request for which it is not suited. The request for articles related to Pavlov's conditioning has been closed.

Unfortunately, my article has been purged but in my opinion, it was suited for the request. As you can see, the request is still open even though they said that requests for articles related to Pavlov's conditioning have been closed. I'm not sure what to do next. Won't my article get rejected again if I just re-upload it?

Apologies if this is a remedial question but I'm new to Constant Content and that was my first article.

It looks like the buyer who requested the Pavlov article closed his/her request. The request no longer appears in the Requested Content list and if you try to submit an article, it's not in the drop-down list if you choose to submit for a Public Request. What's odd, though, is that if you click on the link to the request from the email notification, you'll still see the request and it still says on the page that its status is Open -- must be a glitch.

You can still re-submit your article, but as a general submission (not for a public request). Just make sure you go through your article thoroughly.
