Hey everyone,
I have submitted an article twice only for it to be rejected because:
"We can accept only content that is able to be verified as original to the author."
I can prove this is my article. I wrote it for the Business Insider (http://www.businessinsider.com/3-reason ... po-2010-12) on my account.
Hello?! What's the problem?? So frustrating...
My articles keeps getting rejected because it's "not mine"?

The problem could be if you are using a pen name at one site. The name you put on your articles here and the name on the article there must match exactly. If you are using a pen name, the editors have no way of knowing that it is yours. Also, if the article on Business Insider doesn't give your byline, the editors can not determine that it is yours. Your byline must be clearly displayed on the page and match your byline here. Hope that helps!

yep...that appears to be the problem. I just looked at your article and then did an author seach hre. You go by Financial Bull here and Tom Copeland there. Your names have to match exactly. Even though your real name is on file, the pen name has to match...this is in the guidelines somewhere. Good luck!

The editor can see your real name. My real name is on my Helium articles, and I have published them here under my pen name. Maybe the editor didn't check your name? Either the pen name or your full name in your profile has to match the article.

It is also possible that your article appears elsewhere on the web under another author's name. Content theft runs rampant on the web. Search a portion of your article to see what results show up.

April nailed it. The article is here without your byline: http://www.allvoipnews.com/5-reasons-i- ... icipa.html
