Should I delete and start over?

Post by billharbin2 »

I have 3 accepted articles and my 4th one just got rejected for being "too wordy" on the 1st sentence. Two of my other articles went through with no errors and the other with a corrected error on the last sentence of the article. Should I delete this article and submit another? I am paranoid about getting kicked off the site because of the negative comments expressed about Constant Content writers being booted. Am I better to just submit a different article or risk trying this one again since the 1st sentence is questioned?

I would go over it with a fine tooth comb and resubmit. My first article was rejected 3 times  before I finally got it right. My next 2 went through with no problems.

I definitely wouldn't give up! If you know the problem is a wordy sentence, then split it into two or shorten it to a length that is easy to read and understand. They're helping you make it error-proof, so adjust that part, check the rest and resubmit for sure!! You'll be fine.
