Hi there,
Just got my first rejection, and I think it was because I had one small section using first person. It was used to illustrate how benefits packages add value to salary. However, the rejection did not tell me anything. I re-worked that section, so that it is no longer first person. If it still gets rejected, what should I do about getting to the bottom of this? I had previously written an article that I know to be inferior to the one I am referencing now, yet it was accepted.

You were asked to follow all formatting guidelines.
From our guidelines:
Required Format:
* 12-point black font in Times New Roman or Arial
* Bold and italic font may be used only for emphasis or to offset your subheadings.
* Properly capitalized titles. Example: How To Care for a New Puppy or Puppy Care: Feeding and Grooming
* Single-spaced paragraphs without indentation and double spaces between paragraphs.
o"Single space" means no spaces between lines (i.e., you have pressed the enter key once). "Double space" refers to the act of pressing the Enter key twice and indicates a single line of space between lines of text.
Thank you for eliminating instances of first-person POV. The article would have been rejected again for use of first-person.
Please familiarize yourself with all of our guidelines before submitting any more articles to Constant Content.
Thank you,
Ed
