New to CC and 2x rejected

Hi. I'm hoping to get some info. in regard to the first two articles I have submited. (Libery for some, Opportunity for Others, and Quick Tips for Your Trip to Madrid). I'm pretty sure I followed submission guidelines. Hoping to find out the reasons for rejection so I can fix, and re-submit. Is re-submission ok? Thanks.
