Should I re-submit again?

Hi Ed, I have a question for you. I realize I made a dumb mistake on my last submission and should have put my article (Compact Camera Tips) for usage only. I am wondering if you think it is worth submitting again, for the third time, or if I should move on and write something else.

I can't give you a yes or no response. The article wasn't reviewed beyond what was indicated in the rejection notification. Whether you want to resubmit this article is up to you.

Ok, that's fair. I think I will stick to submitting photos for the moment. I am planning to take a writing course, it's been a long time since high school and College, and I think I need a refresher.
