Account Suspended

HI there,

Last night when I logged into my account, it was running fine. I had a new article approved yesterday and still had several on the marketplace. I also had more than 30 referred authors on my account.

Today when I logged in, it tells me my account is suspended.

I checked my email to find out why - nothing.
I checked my other email address just in case - nothing.

Can anyone give me a hint as to why this might have happened and what I can do to rectify it please??

You account was suspended because you sent your email address directly to a customer, asking them to contact you either on CC or to get in touch with you personally. This is specifically prohibited in our Terms of Service, and undermines all the authors that don't circumvent our communication system for their own benefit. We cannot tolerate this type of action as we would no longer be able to run the site and provide a place for writers to sell their writing. For further information please contact support.
