I need to resubmit an article, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to do it! I've tried to resubmit via the regular submission form, but it says, "This Title is Already Registered." Obviously, I'm missing something.

Did you delete the original article? My Content > Edit > Delete
If the article has already been deleted, it's possible that someone else has submitted an article with the same title (this is common for public requests or common topics such as "How to Grow Daisies." In this situation, come up with a new title such as "How to Grow Daisies Like a Pro."
