I submitted 3 articles yesterday by the names-"Tiger back from woods", "How to tackle a fussy eater" and "American dilemma in Afghanistan". I was so confident about their quality and content that i submitted all 3 in one go.
Now i found out from your E- mail that all 3 have been rejected due to grammar errors and my account has been suspended. I had done a thorough check on all 3 and still can't fathom, what are those grammatical errors.
All 3 mail replies about rejection are absolutely same meaning these are automated replies. My query is that, is there any human being reading these articles submitted or your software just mechanically proofreading them. Won't it be better that you check them more for quality of content and correct minor grammatical errors at your end than rejecting them outright. Reply awaited- Anoop

As the editor, I read your articles and found many basic grammar errors. I'm sorry, but your work did not meet our requirements.
Thank you,

Re: account suspended
Thanks for such a prompt reply but can you specify those grammar errors in at least one of my articles for me to improve on them. Thanks in advance.
Re: account suspended
Hello, Anoop. I'm sorry to hear your account was suspended, and you asked for a little help identifying grammar errors. I'm sure you took more care with your articles, but your post also contains some grammar errors. If I point these out you may see errors in your other writing.swastik wrote:I submitted 3 articles yesterday by the names-"Tiger back from woods", "How to tackle a fussy eater" and "American dilemma in Afghanistan". For instance, your titles aren't properly capitalized. They should be "Tiger Back From [the] Woods," How to Tackle a Fussy Eater," and so on. (In American English, the quotes go on the outside of the punctuation mark; you've used the quotes correctly for British English.) The number 3 should be spelled out, as in three. E- mail shouldn't have a space, and it's standard to write email, though e-mail isn't technically incorrect; E-mail with a capital E is not standard usage. There is a comma splice when you write can't fathom, what are. In addition, there is a missing comma in absolutely [the] same[comma] meaning. The next sentence is quite awkward and could be rephrased to read more clearly. "Won't it be better" should be wouldn't it be better.
Everyone makes grammar mistakes and misses the occasional word among many. A thorough proofreading, reading your work aloud to find errors, asking someone to read the work for you, and studying several style guides should put you on the path to better grammar.
Good luck in your future writing career! It's not easy but the time you spend polishing your grammar skills is well spent.
