Narcolepsy Article Rejection

I am wondering why my article "Understanding and Treating Narcolepsy" was rejected. The reason given in the rejection email was that I can only ask usage rights for an article that has been published elsewhere...but I have not published this article elsewhere. I have submitted many articles on here previously and have never encountered this rejection before, so I'm very curious why the editor/reviewer thought this particular article had been previously published.

Evidently the software found you published something similar enough elsewhere. Did your article cover material you've written about before? It's not like they think you stole the article.
