Need to make changes to title

I need to revise and resubmit an article and one of the problems is in the title. However, when I try to edit the content, it does not allow me to edit the title. How can I get around this?

You'll need to delete the article and re-submit. Add a note to the editor that it's a previously approved article -- you just needed to change the title.
