I've had this recurring problem with my latest submissions.
Normally, I submit an MS-Word document with the title in 15 point and content in 12 point Times New Roman.
3 of my recent submissions were rejected on the ground that they were NOT in 12-point font.
So I revised the headline to also be in 12 point font... and they were rejected once again!
Fortunately, this time, the editorial comment was more explanatory:
???The document text is still 10 pt (although the title is in 12 pt).
Anyone else have this issue? Could it be that the editor's application somehow reads my Word document differently?
I double-checked to make sure there isn't a problem on my side. Nope. All 3 articles have the ENTIRE text (title AND content) in 12 point.
Thoughts, suggestions?
Thanks
Elena
