I just submitted a publicly requested article and didn't state that it was a public request. Should I have? How will the person who requesed the article know it exists? Will he know by the title when he sees it? Also, under the request is Q/A. When I clicked on it to check it out, I noticed a space for "Article #". Does CC assigned article numbers to requested articles? How can I make sure the requester sees my article once it's accepted by CC?
Thanks in advance for your help.

When the article is approved, you will use that section in the QandA. When you click on it, it brings up the list of the articles you have written. You click on the article you want, then it is attached to the Q and A. That is the only way to guarantee that the requester sees the article. You don't need to mention a public request in the article somewhere, because then if the requester doesn't purchase it, someone else can later without thinking it is already assigned ot someone.
