Submitting articles to requesting customers

Post by Joy Butler »

A requesting customer assigned a specific article to me. I wrote it, it was accepted and I submitted it to the requesting customer, using the "look up" link through the question and answer forum for requested material. But when I click on the link, it does not take me to the article, it takes me to the home page. What did I do wrong? And how can I correct this?

Does the title of your article have a question mark with it? Unfortunately, there is a kink in the system that happens when the title of the article has a question mark with it. What you can do is cut and paste the link to the article that you got in your acceptance e-mail into the QandA for the requester, and let him/her go directly to your article that way.

You were right about the question mark and that's exactly how I remedied the problem. Thank you so much for your speedy reply. :)
