I've noticed a lot of people offering custom articles for as low as $3 per 250 words. What do you think about these outsourcers? Are they bringing down the industry?

I know many people that have tried these services and almost all of them say the same thing after they receive the articles. Either the articles are plagiarized or you can tell a non-English person wrote the article. I say let them do what they are doing, it only makes people realize they get what they pay for.
