replying to requested content

I'm a bit confused about replying to requested content (those directly to me or choosing one from the list). Do I write an article on the topic requested then submit it to Constant-Content for approval then send it off to the customer? Or do I contact the customer and send the article there? Any help would be appreciated? Thanks.

All articles must be approved by Constant Content first. After approval, you can submit via the customer's Q/A.
