Writing on an iPad

I'm trying to downsize my writing tools, so I don't have to carry too much in my backpack when I travel.
I can do almost everything on an iPad, either alone or with a Bluetooth keyboard. I also use a MacBook Pro when I'm at home. I use Dropbox to store all my ideas and draft articles. I use simple text editors on both platforms, working on the common Dropbox store.
The only part of the CC writing stage that fails on the iPad is the article submission. There's no way (I can find) to attach a Dropbox file when I hit the 'Choose File' button.
Anyone else trying this? Anyone know how to upload a file from Dropbox on an iPad?
