:shock: When a request is filled, is the order removed from the request list. Some are pretty old and I hate to spend time writing articles that are no longer in demand. I see that some customers do have them removed or write a little thank you but there are still a lot of oldies.

I think it's up to the customer to remove their request, or, as you've noticed some do, write a little thank-you so we know their request has been filled. You could always ask the customer, using the Q&A facility, if they're still looking for an article...
