Question about 2Checkout

I was wondering what a 2checkout account is?
I see it as on option for payment underneath paypal but I do not see any place that tells what it is. Thank you in advance for the help.

Actually, that option is obsolete. It is my understanding that Constant Content currently only pays using PayPal.
