I have a photo of a vintage circus poster for Ringling Bros Circus. Is the poster considered someone else's copyrighted material? I do not want to even bother loading it if it is a copyright violation. Thanks! -Brandy S.

Yeah, I wouldn't risk it, Brandy. There are a lot of squabbles online about the issue of "images of images" - even contemporary artists' work. Advertisements/logos are even more stringently protected, however.
