Articles not getting views

I have submitted a few articles lately that are not getting any views. I have submitted articles in the same topic and subject areas that received dozens of views before. These new ones were submitted for specific requests, but that was a few weeks ago. Is it possible they are still locked for just specific project and not released to the general public to view?

Yeah, if you write for a request, they are getting stuck. I have a few too and need to contact support about it. They are sitting in limbo.

What is the best way to contact support about this? I used the "Contact Us" at the top and still haven't heard anything.

That's the only way I know and I was going to do the same thing. I still haven't done it myself but probably will hit them up in the next week or so. They might read here, so if your name is the same as your writing account, maybe they will see the issue.
