Hi,
Should I place a disclaimer on a health article stating that I am not a qualified health professional or is it the responsibility of the person who buys it to add a disclaimer when they place it on their site? I intend to sell any articles with full rights and I will not be publishing anything on a web site of my own.
Thanks for any advice.
Disclaimers ?

Re: Disclaimers ?
I've sold a lot of health articles without a disclaimer. But they have all been pretty general, dealing with everyday issues rather than a specific disease.
Re: Disclaimers ?
I sometimes play a lawyer on the internet, and it's my opinion that disclaimers are the responsibility of the publisher not the author.
Re: Disclaimers ?
I was gonna say the same thing. They should know what they are publishing when it comes to health. Lots of my customers are marketing people and not programmers, but I'm not putting anyone's life in danger. Just might crash their whole business is all.

Re: Disclaimers ?
it's a good question; perhaps Support could advise.
I have included a disclaimer with a health article; most sites carry their own disclaimers nowadays but how does one know where one's article might end up. And although I too would prefer to sell for full rights, CC requires that you give the option of useage too, does it not?
