Can't update personal info

I tried to update my education, and the system tells me to enter my address and phone number first. I did that, and the system tells me to enter my education, even though the address and phone number didn't take. Then it repeats that I should enter my address and phone number. Not sure what I'm doing wrong . . . what am I missing?

Same here. I sent a mail to Support, but not sure if it has gone, since it is not showing in my Sent Mail.
