Private Request Awaiting Approval?

I just received a message from a client that the private request they send me is awaiting approval. Is this normal? If so, how long does getting approval usually take? If not, what went awry? We're both fairly new to the system. Thanks for any help.

Yes, all private requests have to first pass through CC's editors before they're available to the client. Once CC has approved a submission, you can then mark the private request as complete. I've found most of my private requests are usually approved by CC within 24 hours, but it depends on the workloads of the editors. Good luck; hope yours is approved soon!
