Confused About First Submission/Long Summary Section

Hello, I am confused about how to use the submission form, specifically the long summary section. The instructions seem to say that I should put 1/3 of the article in the long summary box.

I did that but it was rejected for being too short/inconclusive.

Am I supposed to copy the whole article in the long summary box? If not, I am not seeing a place to paste the entire article.

If I do paste the entire article in the long summary box, does Constant Content summarize the article for me?
