How long to typically review?

How long does reviewing an article typically take? I've read 3 days, and faster for customer requests. I've had an article sitting for 6 days without review. In the meantime, one that I wrote later for a request was reviewed the next day and approved.

Requests are faster. It just depends with catalog stuff.
