Did I miss an update about the CC percentage?

I always thought that CC took 35 percent of the sales price, and we were left with 65 percent. I was very happy to get a sold email this morning for full rights on a spec article.

However, the article sold for $69, but the email said I got $41.40. That's 60 percent. Did something change? Is that posted somewhere on the website?

That's odd, my sales today have been at the usual 65%...

Added: sales were both full rights, one catalog, one writer pool
