Length of article

What are the chances of an unsolicited article that is 2,300 words long being approved by the editors of CC, granting that it is well-written and meets all other requirements? I wrote a 1200-word article 12 years ago, and it got through and was sold, no questions asked (that was the only piece of writing I ever submitted to CC).
