Getting Requests

Post by J. A. Young »

Hi--I know statistics don't tell the whole story, but I wondered if there were some way to tell how much work is submitted and what percentage is actually requested and paid for. I've been doing a lot of keyword searches and it seems that there is quite a bit of material with 0 downloads. Any thoughts?

Content that is sold with exclusive rights or full rights is removed from the site. So number of downloads will tell you nothing. With that said over 1000 paid orders have been placed and most orders contain more then one article, some of the larger orders contain 30+ articles.

Good to know. Would you say that buyers prefer to buy the full rights as opposed to a single download?

I would say they do... Most people buying articles are looking for original content. Duplicate content is not something websites want.
