I sold 3 articles this month. 2 of them were offers that I accepted. One was 100 one was 40 and one was 25. My paypal shows a payment of 81.25. I don't understand this. Can someone tell me why it only shows 81.25? Thanks.

You'll have to contact support for this sort of query.

Thanks,

Doing the math, it sounds as if the $40 order didn't get credited. $100+25= $125; $125 times 65% = 81.25.

If I were you, I'd check my licenses for sold content and make sure the $40 sale is still good (customers sometimes cancel or never pay) and take into account the date. If it just recently sold, perhaps the customer paid by e-Check which hasn't cleared yet. If the payment has cleared by payday, CC holds it until it does clear before paying.

Just some ideas.

I checked my sold articles and they are still showing sold. I also contacted support but haven't heard anything yet.
