what does this mean?

My article Charm Bracelets--The History and Meaning was rejected and it said please submit with file attached. What does this mean? Thanks for anyone's help.

In the field that has a button next to it marked "browse" you have to upload a copy of the document from your "my documents" folder (or wherever it is). It does not matter if you copy all of it into the boxes belwo, you have to upload the word document, or whatever formyou used.
