Previously Published but Deleted Articles for Unique Rights?

If I have an article that has previously been published online but has since be deleted, can I offer it for unique rights?

No, I'm sorry. Articles that have been published elsewhere are no longer original. You may still only ask usage rights for these articles. This same rule applies to articles that have been published in print format at one time or another.
