sales updation problem

Hi Ed,

I had five usage licenses sold so far. But my profile and my content page now shows four sales made in usage. Actually the fifth sale was made about a week ago, and I have received all the money from that. My balance, however, still shows the money I earned from the five sales, there is no differnece. what may be the issue?
