Ed? Question for Other Member

A friend of mine (a member at CC) contacted me and asked me to ask why she cannot log in. Below is her message:

"Constant Content sent me the confirmation that my article was used, but ever since last night they won't let me sign it. I've tried all of the different passwords I use, even though I know which one it was, and no luck. I've also tried there email retrieval thing with no luck. They say the email doesn't match. I don't know what else to do.
Could you go on the forum and ask the ED guy to check into this for me? My name on there is Angel S."

Can you tell me possible reasons she cannot log in, or tell me what to tell her to do? Someone to contact or something like that?

She should notify support. I don't know what the problem is.
