I don't know if this has been asked before, but i went through many sections of the forum and didn't find an answer.
Some public requests have been up for months, and i'm hesistant to write for them as the request is probably already outdated.
Other than the message board, is there any way to get in touch with the customer?
Also, how do we know if a request is outdated or not? Could the customer perhaps give a specific dateline to make things easier?

Re: Public Requests: Questions
Hi Hans,
This has been a thorn in many of our sides. Rest assured, they are working on this with the next site renovation. In general, if the request is old, it's probably been filled. Focus on the newer requests unless the wording indicates that it's an ongoing project.
