what to do? buyer makes best offer then doesn't buy

I've accepted a 'best offer' for an article and the buyer hasn't responded. If he's not going to buy I want the article to be available for others. How do I deal with this?

The article is still available to others at the original price. Many customers make an offer and then do not buy.
