Hello. I have written an article in response to a publisher's public request. I'm now ready to submit it, but I'm not sure how to mark it to his attention or otherwise notify him that I've written it for him. Thanks in advance for your help.

Go back to the original request. There's a Q&A link. Click that. ONce inside, you can send a little note and attach the article. I think the link for attaching the article says "Look up article" or something like that.
